You have to above average (by modern standards) jaw development to even be able to think about it.

Most mfers only think about the tongue fitting laterally and just say don't push it against front teeth but if u are truly recessed your tongue could be 2x the length of your recessed upper jaw

Again, as with most things, only those with a good base can even consider it

If you are recessed it is useless, your tongue will not be anywhere close to fitting in palate without extreme effort

Its hard at first, but if you stick with it will become easier, and easier, and easier. I struggled to do it at first, but now mewing for multiple years my palate has expended.

Im getting MSE and bimax, even though after the MSE i should be able to mew perfectly, the idea that my mandible is going to upswing and lengthen to meet my maxilla is insane

Only problem with my fitting is my shit hard palate. I don´t remember what it´s called but my hard palate next to my teeth is much lower than soft palate and takes important space so it´s harder for me to mew.
