There's a reason why almost zero white people want to move to non-white countries, even if it's richer there than their own. Doesn't matter if it's Asia, Africa, the Middle East, South America, they don't want to move there. White people don't like living in majority non-white areas. The funny thing is that when white people are a minority every western country in a few decades they're not going to want to live in their own countries anymore. I predict a mass migration of white people to Eastern Europe, including Russia in a few decades.
