I’m specifically talking about pornography. The more you entertain yourself jerking off, the more hardcore sexual media you find yourself searching for.
Now I’m not saying that the act of jerking off is bad but watching porn is degrading for the mind.
I’ve always envisioned my self quitting but can never put my self to stop.
