People will continue to try to pick holes in your sense of reality as a shitty frame control play, I grew up with a dad like this he gaslit me on so much shit and that alone made me more crazy than any disorder could have done. He's responsible for me being fucked up by medication in the first place. But he comes from heavily blue pill boomer background obviously so trying to explain my life problems to him is like talking to a wall.
