Kind of crazy to me how people literally don’t even need to try and succeed in life purely just because of their genetics. for example Fortnite pro peterbot, don’t get me wrong he is not good looking but he’s genetic ability in video games especially fortnite is so insane that he has become the best player in the world and now makes a living of that.

well that’s pointless everybody knows abt looks so good especially in actors that it determines their whole life. it’s a pointless basic post, i was simply just thinking abt how his genetic ability leads him to income mass amounts of money. also it clearly says “exceeding” 1.1 million so nice one

I was about to be a fortnite pro until I moved to a country where the ping was 60-100 unlike the 0-20 ping i used to play on, 12 year old me would've been top 100 fn players if it wasn't for that, genetics don't have anything to do with skill, just spawn point and internet brootalllll :feelswah::bluepill::bluepill:

spawn point and internet definitely matters lol. but it is also definitely genetics, i have a friend who lives in a nice house in a nice area with both parents and has amazing ping and is DOGSHIT at every game he plays bro, plus i belive that everything in life has a genetic compound to it.

Genetics still matter, there are lots of people who play video games all day and still suck. Same with most sports and other activities

Being good at Fortnite is not genetics if u put 10k plus hours into anything you will be good at it

ye there was a book called 10000 hours rule or something , basically you need to invest at least 10000 hours to become one of the best generally speaking at what you do , genetics play a role mainly because they determine if you find interesting a topic or not so it gives you more or less dopamine which accelerate or not your learning process
