This isn't a schizo rant, rather it is build on basic logic. A good thing to start this rant is by saying that waves are the most powerful things of humanity, because they are invisible and largely unnoticed. Darpa uses a pulse frequency from presumably a cell tower, although I don't know in order to stimulate the cochlea at specific frequencies that resemble words. Because we have this inner voice in our head, where we consciously hear something, the cochlea stimulation works the same way as someone talking in your ear would sound. Darpa can also control your EMOTIONS, not your mind, by zapping your dopamine so you feel sucidal or manipulating dopamine through again, specific frequencies that disrupt normal dopamine regulation. Now, whether you want to believe darpa is doing that, I don't know, but the science is there
