Plan for the next 5 months that emphasizes balance and sustainability while not compromising on my goals:
- wake up on time (either high protein breakfast or none, will have to experiment)
- walk to the library first thing in the morning, get work done (steps + productivity)
- canteen with friends and acquaintances to eat and socialize
- get the rest of the work done until afternoon
- go to the gym afterwards
- home / eat / meet people
Weekends: go to events, meet people, get things done that were neglected over the week.
This process will be aided by:
- Retatrutide (less urges to eat, distraction from work and easy to maintain deficit while potentially not getting as many steps in)
- Armodafinil early in the morning
- noopept / maybe tak later on
- the usual looksmax stack (skincare, iso, fin, etc)
- possibly test once I reach 10-12% bf
- enough contact to other people/ women (positive reinforcement, less urges to goon / become distracted while you're working on something)
I'll try to compartmentalize and go all out in whatever I'm doing at the moment.
I won't neglect the social aspects this time around.
At the end of this, I'll be ahead career wise, financially, physically, experience wise and socially.
