Plan for the next 5 months that emphasizes balance and sustainability while not compromising on my goals:

- wake up on time (either high protein breakfast or none, will have to experiment)
- walk to the library first thing in the morning, get work done (steps + productivity)
- canteen with friends and acquaintances to eat and socialize
- get the rest of the work done until afternoon
- go to the gym afterwards
- home / eat / meet people

Weekends: go to events, meet people, get things done that were neglected over the week.

This process will be aided by:
- Retatrutide (less urges to eat, distraction from work and easy to maintain deficit while potentially not getting as many steps in)
- Armodafinil early in the morning
- noopept / maybe tak later on
- the usual looksmax stack (skincare, iso, fin, etc)
- possibly test once I reach 10-12% bf
- enough contact to other people/ women (positive reinforcement, less urges to goon / become distracted while you're working on something)

I'll try to compartmentalize and go all out in whatever I'm doing at the moment.
I won't neglect the social aspects this time around.

At the end of this, I'll be ahead career wise, financially, physically, experience wise and socially.

Sounds good, even though for me routines like that are very unsustainable because i stop following thrm after the first week.

It's not too different from what I've been doing before. Instead of a lab or office it'll be a library. Instead of canceling events, I'll just go. Gym has been something I've been sticking to for almost 2 years anyways. @Jason Voorhees

It's what I've been doing for the last couple of years with minor tweaks like appetite suppression, nootropics, library (did that in the past when necessary), emphasizing social relations more.

Going well so far boys. Attention span is decent, material doesn't feel too hard, appetite suppression works well.

Tak getting ordered today.

Unfortunately a few administrative tasks came on top of it, but I think repetition will make this routine more efficient.
Some overthinking and distracting thoughts about my personal life are a small hindrance, but it's very manageable and is a constant anyways.
