There have been Multiple Books, and videos of people saying that they can make you Succesful, and while that may be true. It's still upto you however becoming successful and achieving goals can be easier if done with a strategy and organised mind. So let's get started.
Content :
HOW TO IMPROVE YOURSELF
The Eisenhower matrix: How to work more efficiently
The SWOT analysis: How to find the right solution
The BCG box: How to evaluate costs and benefits
The project portfolio matrix: How to maintain an overview
The John Whitmore model: Am I pursuing the right goal?
The rubber band model: How to deal with a dilemma
The feedback model: Dealing with other people’s compliments and criticisms
The family tree model: The contacts you should maintain
The morphological box and SCAMPER: Why you have to be structured to be
creative
The Esquire gift model: How much to spend on gifts
The consequences model: Why it is important to make decisions promptly
The conflict resolution model: How to resolve a conflict elegantly
The crossroads model.
Now let's clear some things up, i am getting alot of this information from several books, and using that knowledge i have made this thread.
THE EISENHOWER MATRIX : Eisenhower has been renowned for doing his tasks and work at time, however most people now know the system which he used, this is another example that most successful people use a organised strategy to have there day started with a Goal.
Clearing things up, This shows What is needed to be done and how to be efficient by doing the important tasks, time is what is being effected here, and Eisenhower matrix tries the best to fully occupy time, and save it as much as possible.
SWOT analysis : SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunitys, And Threats, Being developed by the Standford University in 1960s, it was used to evaluate risks and strengths at the benefit of things, being careful was necessary, SWOT can be used to Evaluate the Strengths and Weaknesses as i said before but it's also highly Versatile And it's Versatile Nature is what makes it pretty applicable in alot of scenarios.
The BCG Box : In the 1970s, the Boston Consulting Group developed a method for assessing the
value of the investments in a company’s portfolio. The four-field matrix
distinguishes between four different types of investment:
• Cash cows have a high market share but a low growth rate. This means they
don’t cost much but promise high returns. Consultants’ verdict: milk them.
• Stars have a high market share and a high growth rate. But growth devours
money. The hope is that the stars will turn into cash cows. Consultants’ verdict:
invest.
• Question marks, or ‘problem children’, have high growth potential but a low
share of the market. With a lot of (financial) support and cajolement, they can
be turned into stars. Consultants’ verdict: a tough decision.
• Dogs are business units with a low share in a saturated market. Dogs should be
held on to only if they have a value other than a financial one (e.g. a vanity
project or favour for a friend). Consultants’ verdict: liquidate.
The most dangerous words in investing
The end, (Sorry for the Low IQ post i got a lil lazy, expect a part 2 and help me bump.)
