It's not always like it is in the movies but what I will say is that if someone has the capacity to belittle and berate you, they most likely have problems themselves. If someone has everything going for them, why would they feel the need to be a dick to the "little guy", the dude who bullies you probably gets smacked up by his dad behind closed doors.
