The gym is pure cope and self sabotage

I am a white HTN and have been working out consistently for the past few months (6-7) and what I have realized is it is tremendous cope and self sabotage (unless you are fat). Before working out I was fairly skinny but not holocaust level skinny and I was getting good amounts of female attention whenever I went school, parties, and in public. The first couple weeks (3-4) i noticed a slight uptick in female attention but after a point which was like the 3 month mark and the attention completely stopped and even started decreasing. Now I feel like a total gymcel chasing a meaningless goal stuck in a cycle of getting more fit for no inherent reason. It’s not even that i’m not lean i am 12% BF with defined arms and all that and yet if i post a shirtless pic no girl will slide up at all yet when I was skinny countless girls would swipe up saying things like “you’re so fine” and stuff like that. In conclusion it’s over if you go to the gym.

I agree when I first started I had positive results and felt like I was self improooooving but now I just go out of habit and just feel sad and like it’s pointless lol

The only reason to go to the gym is to look ripped without clothes and athletic while wearing a t-shirt.

If you don't have any visual progress from going to the gym, you are just torturing yourself for no gain.

Are you constantly working to be lower body fat and higher muscle mass? Nobody cares how much you can lift, people only care about how you look.

Most guys who go to the gym are on a permabulk and look like they have never lifted in their lives even if they can bench 380lbs.
If you never cut your body fat close to 10%, all that gym-going is wasted. You will have no muscle definition and will look like any average guy.

too bad I enjoy lifting big weights, love the feeling of weight and moving it around.
