I’m sorry but how did bench pressing become the solution to a recessed chin or bad eye area?
You guys act like adding 10kg to your squat suddenly changes your facial thirds. It doesn’t. If anything, most people who go all-in on the gym just end up looking like a jacked 5/10 instead of a skinny 5/10.
If your facial structure is mid, you’re still mid - just with bigger shoulders.
Being lean skinny is always better.

It’s not cope, having a great physique is a huge halo. Not everyone of us is a subhuman without any hope, we have to work with what’s possible, I should get Lateral Bone Shaving but that’s like 30k, 6 months of recovery and a brutal fucking process, it’s not like I’m gonna get that tomorrow

Lefort 1 and 2 is cope 3 is alright.
