I’m sorry but how did bench pressing become the solution to a recessed chin or bad eye area?
You guys act like adding 10kg to your squat suddenly changes your facial thirds. It doesn’t. If anything, most people who go all-in on the gym just end up looking like a jacked 5/10 instead of a skinny 5/10.
If your facial structure is mid, you’re still mid - just with bigger shoulders.
Being lean skinny is always better.
Face>Height>Frame>Physique
