“Bro u dint understand women dont like muscles and gym is useless thats why i just sit in my room and play rust all day”When I say the gym is useless I mean weightlifting. In the gym, weightlifting is simply a cope. you are sitting in an artifical light source lifting something you dont want to. It's that simple. you could get a lot more benefits simply going on a walk outside.
I genuinely have never have a single ounce of desire for lifting any weight unless it was needed. I think naturally you have a fine amount of muscle unless you are malnourished, In the modern living spaces we have today outside a select few of jobs, you can do fine with a naturally lean build which would be attained through a calm environment and eating correctly. This can be observed in tribal communities. If you are fat, you are malnourished, it goes the same with being skinny of course.
I think you can get away with going a couple times a week but there's no benefits to focusing on it as you are performing actions that serve NO use in the real world in 99% of circumstances.
The reason people MIGHT consider gymmaxxing is if they have a well developed base frame but overall the muscles wont change appeal enough to make it worth it.
Overall health indicators are the only reason gymmaxxers are praised because if you are underdeveloped and try to copy chad, It wont work
In summary, There's no actual benefit of working out with weights (lifting them in a repetitive motion for muscle hypertrophy) and no benefit from working out you couldn't get/get more of just simply living as a human and eating a correct diet.
If you want to argue about cardiovascular health, this is a very stupid debate, cardiovascular health is an innate trait that WE as modern humans have caused disruption to through modern diets and modern stress.
