>sudden urge to go on a massive cut not long after my lifts finally start going up
>but lifts are better, look more imposing and the gym is more fun
and I can’t even definitively say that lean is law because i get mixed messages from girls regarding body fat preference, the amount of attention i get doesn’t really change when i’m lean/debloated. and i feel healthier in some ways bulked (libido, energy) but unhealthier in others (gut, cardio, feeling heavier and less agile).
