- SPF 50
- Beta carotene & lycopene

I love walking long distances but doing so under heavy sunlight ain't it. If you happen to wear tight shirt you may sweat very fast, I personally sweat in 5 seconds under sunlight so I hate it. Even if you have SPF 50 it is still better to avoid sunlight unless you go out to play outside or do some business.

Small tip: do not squint to avoid wrinkles, use sunglasses :)

Sunscreen causes extra sweating on face tho, at least in my case. How to solve that issue?
