0. HOW IT WORKS
There is air inside subcutaneous fat, more than most people realize. Tiny gas pockets form between fat cells, creating a subtle but noticeable looseness in the skin. Over time, as these pockets expand, they contribute to sagging, making the skin appear less firm. Fortunately, this is fixable. By injecting a small syringe into the subcutaneous fat, you can extract these air pockets. As the air is removed, the skin tightens, revealing sharper contours and enhancing the natural structure of your face.
1. ITEMS NEEDED
1. 1ml 1/2" 25 Gauge Syringe ($10/100ct)
2. Alcohol Prep Pads ($5/200ct)

Total Cost
$15
2. THE PREPARATION
1. Clean the targeted area with an alcohol pred pad.
2. Allow the alcohol to fully dry—injecting before it dries can cause a stinging sensation if alcohol enters the skin.
3. THE EXECUTION
1. Remove the syringe cap and inspect the needle to ensure it is not bent or damaged.
2. Insert the syringe at a 45° angle until it reaches the subcutaneous fat layer.
3. Once inside the fatty tissue, gently pull back on the plunger to extract trapped air.
4. Carefully remove the syringe.

⚠️ If blood enters the syringe, you have hit a vein. Discard the syringe, select a new injection site, and try again with a fresh needle.
