If you don't have those you literally die.

If you have no sex maybe you won't get "self-actualization" (whatever that means) but you won't die.

So it doesn't make sense to put it on the same level.

The average normie though has no struggle with getting sex but never achieves anything noteworthy (if thats what you mean with self-actualization)
