The highest growth rate of the maxilla occurred at the age of 14–15 years in boys. The highest growth rates of the maxilla and mandible in girls and the highest growth rate of the mandible in boys occurred at the age of 13–14 years.

The differences in the average lengths of the maxilla and mandible were not significant in boys and girls 10–13 years old but were significant in those >13–16 years old. There were significant differences in the maxillary and mandibular lengths between boys and girls 10–13 years old and those >13–16 years old

btw i just read the conclusion

not sure if there is any data of average maxilla growth between 16 and 20
