The hiring process is so toxic, no one wants to work because of it

I fucking hate how ridiculously annoying to get a damn job now. Spamming applications. Multiple rounds of interviews. Getting ghosted and led on and rejected. Wasting my time and energy just to be a damn slave.
I’m talking about white collar jobs but it might be the same for blue collar.
