TLDR: Maximize your Serotinin and Testosterone and life will feel like it makes sooo much more sense. This must come first before any kind of self improvement.
When you correct your hormones, everything about your mentality will fall in place. Your interactions with women will seem perfect and natural, you will have drive and etc. Everything you experience in life has nothing to do with your thoughts. You are a pool of hormones FIRST before you are your thoughts and identity.
Looksmaxxing is a side quest for fun. It literally doesn't matter unless you are LTN. Confidence in your ability to perform feels way better than getting attention from women (which is a feminine trait btw to desire attention for your looks)
If you are awkward with women and/or lack drive and ambition, your hormones are off.
Write down a list of things that would be on your "okay tomorrow is the day I take this serious" list. Write down whatever you get motivation to do while you're in the shower. Write down the version of yourself you'd actually respect. That list is exactly what you need to access that sweet, sweet serotonin.
I kid you not, once you start accomplishing the stuff you've been wanting to do for like literally 7 days, you will feel so confident and arrogant its ridiculous. DOn't even need a year monk mode or some sh. literally takes a few days to get the confidence of a high value man.
Remember, sacrifice cheap dopamine to get expensive serotonin. Also fix your sleep and diet to maximize hormonal balance (especially testosterone!!!)
