The pension age is 65 years for men in Hungary.

It used to be the same for women, but back in 2011 laws were changed so that women now can retire after 40 years of work* if they want to. It’s legal to work from 16 years of age, which means they could retire as early as 56 - or perhaps 58 if they started to work when they turned 18.

* of those 40 years, they don’t even have to work all 40. 32 years of work + 8 years of state payments after kids is also a posibility for them.

Retiring at 56-58 instead of 65 already would grant women 7-9 years more retirement time, but things don’t end here;

Females live a lot longer than males on average. At the time of the law changes in 2011, the life expectancy in Hungary was 71 years for men and 79 years for women - a 8 year gap in favour of women.

Add the two together and you get women can possibly live comfily in retirement 15-17 years more than men simply by the merit of being born with two X chromosomes.

The official reasoning behind the law change was that “ women’s lives are harder, they have to work both in jobs and raise kids”

On top of this, we should also consider how those 40 years (or 32) are spent for women vs men. Women get to work in safe, clean condition in “bullshit jobs” such as in HR departments and other office jobs.

And finally the coup de grace at the end of the post. You may say, “yes Prettyboy, women can on paper choose to retire early but not many do it because they’d be earning lot less if they were to retire”

And that’s where you’d be wrong, they don’t have to pay taxes on income earned on the sides while already being retired

Western liberalism and Eastern tradcuckism are the two sides of the same coin. Both cater to women and make men second class citizens

i thought you were some shithole country, but you have the same miserable retirement system like the rest of europe.

isn't hungary supposed to be the great right wing wh*te bullshit country - the savior of europe? how come bitch countries like that always end up the most cucked
thank god these cunts go extinct. stormfrontcels were bragging hungary would double the birth rate by financially supporting ungarian whores aka making ungarian cucks pay for their bastard children but that obviously didn't work either. Hungary's birth rate is on a DECLINE :feelsgood:

the main issue isn't affordability and living standard, it's a symptom but the root issue is women having rights. it's no coincidence that birth rates of all western countries went down the shitters from the 60s onwards. Women were allowed to work which decreased productivity while also cutting wages of men in half. Marital rape got outlawed, literally every law got rigged in favor of women, women being able to choose their partner obviously doesn't help either.
the poorest countries have the highest birth rates and even in a wealthy country the poorest most traditional populations always have the highest birth rates. Birth rates of ultra orthodox jews in israel for example are at 6 while their westernized liberal counterparts have birth rates lower than 2
Birth rates are in a freefall virtually everywhere except Sub-Saharan Africa* , regardless of culture or political system; as countries developed this inevitably happens

* Africa will fall too decades later from now but for now its way too underdeveloped for that to happen

The West was just the first to develop hence the birthrates started to drop there first

not regardless of culture, it's directly connected to culture because as countries develop there's this weird occurance of men releasing their tight grip on women which leads to women receiving more rights and that's the beginning of the end regarding birth rates.
for example most ""muslim"" countries today are not actually muslim compared to how strict they were a few decades ago. what you'd call a radical islamist today was your ordinary muslim 20 years ago. Even the Taliban aren't nearly as tough on women as they were in the 90s
