If you want to lose weight, this is a good starting point:
Eat ((your bodyweight in lbs) * 15) - 500 calories per day
Divide your calorie intake into 3+ meals per day.
Weigh yourself in the morning before you eat or drink anything and after you piss (poop if you can).
If after two weeks, you haven't lost 2 lbs
Do one of
A) Reduce your daily calories by 100
B) Increase your daily steps by 2,000
C) Do an extra 100 calories worth of cardio
Rinse and repeat
