The Idea of reincarnation in the same life always intrigued me but its simply not possible

I was always very interested in the fantasy story of mushoku tensei.
A sub5 fat manlet neet reincarnates and becomes a tall chad.

Suddenly his life becomes good
He is no longer INCEL.
No longer neet
He is someone to be proud of.

Sadly this is not possible in Real life.
For me surgerys were always like reincarnation.
I thought if i just looksmax enough.
Become a tall chadlite, my life will become good.

Now I need to relaise that even looksmaxxing is kinda a fantasy

If you are as old as me.
Ofc if you looksmax at 16-18. do double LL and all face surgerys you need then it will do shit.
But now?

Its over.
I can ascend to whatever stat i want it wont change my life.
I missed out on Teen love. Missed out on these important milestones and there is no turning back time.
No reincarnation for us INCELs. No ASCENSION. Just doom and darkness.
Sure it improves my quality of life.
Like LL and getting lean did.
But the Core will remain.
I will always be INCEL, no matter what.
Reincarnation in this life was a funny thought, immitating it, but its simply not possible.

looksmaxxing was always meant to be a cope. There is NO amount of ascension you can do (unless surgeries and lots of them) to have a NOTICEABLE impact in your life. you will never be within 100ft of a stacylite+.
