My kid was born in Knoxville Tennessee in 2021 and we've been living in Michigan since then. I support my wife and him COMPLETELY on my own with absolutely no family or government assistance to rely on working at a fast food joint only 3 days a week. My wife's a full time stay at home mother, I've got four days off every week, and we're renting a 2 bedroom apartment in the center of town for $950 a month. I'm far from living like a slave.
