The Ideal Bulk and Cut?

Hello,

I’m 67 kg 5’10 probably in the 15-20% body fat range, i have a good back and broad shoulders naturally and do rock climbing which has helped me gain slight muscle for my low weight and shitty physique.

I want to be around 70-73kg lean, its all dependant on how im responded to when i reach 73kg post cut and how good i look, aiming to drop to 10% bf and around 8% if i don’t see any significant loss in facial fat to help further show my semi-decent cheekbones.

What weight should I am to leanbulk to? i’m considering MK-2677 as an aid and I have had a friend with good results or MK-2866.

I’m planning on starting the gym on the ICF 5x5 plan as recommended by a PT I know alongside some calisthenics workouts, more for personal reasons.

So, what weight should I bulk to, what other peptides should I consider assuming minor health damage is not an issue, and what general tips do you have?
 
Bulking when you are 15% body fat is fucking moronic.

thats a guess and im only 67kg, if i cut im skin and bone? what other option is there?
