The Ideal Human Diet (In My Opinion - 2026)

This is my theory on the foods that all humans should consume, regardless of race, gender and genes.


Compulsory -
  • Animal Products - Red meat, poultry (chicken meat and eggs), seafood (fish and oysters), organs (of a healthy animal), bone marrow, honey and lastly unpasteurised dairy (milk, kefir, yoghurt and cheeses).
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon’s worth a day at the very least.
  • Fruits - The only part of a plant/tree that you can and should eat.

Optional (I don’t have a solid opinion on these foods yet) -
  • Blood
  • Kumis
  • Ayran
  • Cocoa/Chocolate
  • Coffee
  • Maple Syrup
  • Certain Spices (depending on the level of inflammation caused)
  • Colostrum

Now let’s look at foods you should absolutely never eat, because the list is almost infinite.
  • Leafy Green Vegetables - Kale, Spinach, etcetera.
  • Broccoli (and Cauliflower)
  • Root Vegetables
  • Pulses
  • Legumes
  • Grains
  • Seeds
  • Seed Oils - both cold pressed and heated, due to the high omega 6 content.
  • Insects and Bugs
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Sugarcane Products - Sugarcane juice, the cane itself, sugar, white sugar, brown sugar, jaggery, etcetera.

I can’t be bothered to go into details of each food. Thoughts?

Yep, this diet puts less stress on the mitochondria, which helps you grow in turn.

And a low sugar and low carb diet starves off cancerous cells. I now believe that fasting (for 2 weeks at least) can cure stage 4 cancer.

Any foods you would include or exclude?

Include: blood and colostrum are so good, in general anything that comes from an animal and is raw will be ideal and your diet must contain a lot of animal products, also add some berries and mushrooms if you want

Exclude: salt, cocoa/chocolate, coffee, maple syrup, spices

Also maybe replace ayran and kumis for “kefir” (not really kefir, more like just fermented, unsalted raw milk)

Not trying to sound like klaus schwab but bugs aren’t bad as long as they’re not poisonous or irritating, i’ve tried some termites and they’re fine but anyway bugs should never be your main source of protein of course

So just dairy and meat (organs and blood included)?

No honey and seasonal fruits?
Meh it’s complicated I would avoid carb sources like white bread or any rice, bread, pasta etc in general. Fruits and veg don’t spike your insulin as much as them but still have minimal amounts

ideal is:
Raw/Blue rare animals, raw animal products, and fruits

Salt should only be used for preservation or broths/soups when starving and without a lot of the first 2 things listed. Same thing with starches/carbs

Everything else is unnecessary

It’s impossible to get fat on a diet like this. I lost fat if anything since I started a half baked version of this diet I mentioned (cause I still eat sourdough bread).

If you eat low carbohydrates and more protein, your body can’t store much fat.

Insulin resistance is what makes you feel trash (because of the blood sugar crashes) ages you. Ageing is just the official term for high sugar in the skin. Like how high levels of sugar in the blood is called diabetes and how high levels sugar in the brain is called alzheimers.

Very solid foundation, especially prioritising animal foods and avoiding slop like grain sludge, seed oils, and processed sugars.

For me, raw animal fats have been absolute game changers. Raw cream and especially raw butter noticeably changed my nervous system. They feel deeply lubricating and calming.
I’ve noticed that when people run high-carb and relatively low-fat within animal-based diet styles, they often seem more twitchy and less regulated/calm overall. In my own experience, prioritising raw fats makes a huge difference in nervous system stability.

I also personally minimise added salt. I’ve found it tends to feel drying and a bit irritating to my system, and I think it can interfere with proper mineral and fat utilisation. Raw unsalted cheese is great in that sense as well.

i'm assuming it is made of sucrose and lots of flour made from grains

so if you want to age rapidly, die young, get diabetes later on life, get dumber, fatter, uglier and maybe grow a pair of tiddies, then go ahead and consume your one slice of strawberry cake a day

if you eat my diet listed in the OP of only meat, dairy and the occasional fruits, then you will never need to eat carbs to build muscle

hell in fact, you will be naturally lean and muscular, you most likely won't even need to workout to achieve the ideal male physique

you silly goy, i typed this myself based off my (hopefully) extensive research and i follow my currently listed diet unlike most people here which is why I got so lean and look better than before

i don't even have chatgpt on my phone or computer, don't think i have ever used it

this is the problem with the internet, one day be cause of AI, people like you will be confused on what is real and what isn't real

you won't know what to trust and what not to

and this is how the internet and media shall one day die forever

I think the Vietnamese still do.

Here's the thing, humans can survive off virtually any food item, even the processed garbage with heavy toxic metals, PUFAs, sucrose, nitrates, nitrites, seed oils and a bunch of other stuff. Sure, you will survive and live for years on a diet based on foods containing these substances. But your health will be trash and you will be hooked on pharmaceuticals just to live and feel normal again. The pharmaceutical industry will give you the illusion that only they have the cure to your health problems (which they themselves caused to you through the foods they sold you to eat at grocery stores).

The African tribals eat tubers from trees... but only during times of extreme starvation. They primarily live off blood and raw milk which is why they are so healthy, age slowly and have basically 0 health issues that the average westerner would have.

What you eat directly affects your health, and ultimately, your looks. Poor health won't kill you quick, but it will take a decade of your actual lifespan and make you look ugly to the opposite gender.
