No, it is not.

This one "ideal nose" does not exist. Any male would have a different nose suitable to them depending on their pheno.

In reality, this is WHY rhinoplasty is the Queen of all facial surgeries. You need the surgeon to understand what is the right nose for YOU , and not for some abstract Lachowski. While it is not as ascending as LeForte shit in some cases, rhinoplasty will easily FUCK your face, if they put Lachowskis' nose on your face, when you look like Gandy.

On the other hand, the results of a good rhinoplasty are ALWAYS subtle, but they almost always add a LOT of PSL to you in a non-obvious way, by improving facial harmony. Because your NOSE must HARMONIZE YOUR FACE, and not be some "ideal" shit.
