This topic has been on my mind for a minute now, and I've already had discussions with some other users about how this would go down if it were to happen. Of course some users have already formed their own PSL House (@Clavicular, @dragomaxxer, etc) and I've also seen users talk about this previously, most notably @6ft4.

So I decided since I have nothing to do for the next 3 hours, am gonna organize and plan how a PSL house would be set up if it were to ever happen, between a group of PSLers. Lets get into it:

Locational Requirements:
  • Must be a Tier 1 U.S. city (L.A., Miami, San Francisco, etc. Instantly recognizable by name).
  • Warm climate only (no freezing winters or constant rain).
  • House/Condo must be in a populated downtown area or near the coast (beach property with activity).
  • City has to be active and relevant (constant events, parties, influencers, things going on in general).

Residents & Requirements:
  • Must be 5'9+
  • Be either White, North African, Latino, or Black, no Gooks or Curries allowed.
  • Must be Low-Mid HTN at the bare minimum.
  • Must be making a minimum of $6k–$7k per month via a business (To cover rent, lifestyle, events, etc).
  • Must be Gymcelled or at least Gymceling and Actively training.
  • Must be NT, ambitious, and interesting. We need guys grinding and actively working towards mogging as hard as they could in every walk of life imaginable, whether it be consulting with craniofacial surgeons to fix a recession, trying to hit a new income goal, or working on your personal brand to ascend in status, there will be no autists or lazy faggots/perma rotters allowed.
Now that we've gotten the pre-requisites to having this House run smooth, we can now move on the the list of candidates for locations:

1) Los Angeles:

1756589495025
1756589573078
1756589653053

Upsides: Beaches, sun, and endless influencers. The West Coast aesthetic culture is peak, + gyms and nightlife everywhere, there’s always some event or social scene to be part of. A fuck ton of opportunity to network, collaborate, and give yourself exposure in both content creation and business. Places like Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Beverly Hills mog hard, but can be very gentrified.

Downsides: cost of living can be brutal, traffic is cucked, and some areas can feel oversaturated with competition. Also passed its peak, not at all what it used to be compared to the 2013-2019 era of the city. Very drug ridden, lots of meth zombies on the streets now as well. Quality of women also seems to be meh.

2) Miami

1756590019107
1756590049107
1756590083801
1756590096805

Upsides: Arguably the best city in the world right now, easily the best city in the world for entrepreneurs and influencers. Extremely active, almost every new influencer/entrepreneur is choosing to move here instead of LA. Coastal lifestyle, great weather year-round, fitness/health is prioritized heavy, social scene seems to be pretty active with events, parties, etc. Miami seems to be THE city of the 2020s, similar to how LA was THE city for the 2010s, but it still holds a very different vibe than what 2016 LA held.

Downsides: Way too overcrowded in hotspots, areas that are tourist heavy can be annoying as fuck, housing prices in prime areas are steep, but good if you can afford them. Some parts are very transient/volatile, so long-term community COULD be inconsistent. However it hasn't been long enough to assess yet.

3) San Francisco

1756590583615
1756590608096
1756590706168

Upsides: Tier 1 relevance, dense downtowns, crazy networking opportunities for creatives and tech guys. Mix of culture, business, nightlife. Always something happening to plug into, neighborhoods vibe differently, exposure opportunities high.

Downsides: Rent is insane, can get very cold as the sun is inconsistent. Is very gentrified/sterile in many areas, and just isn't as fun as LA or Miami. Also seems to be very exclusive to NT high class Gooks and Whites, so maybe isn't ideal overall.

Yes bro relaxing is for women bro work 20 hours a day bro!

and yes, i am waiting for my web app to finish compiling so i can release a update to a product i own
Running an app online is infinitely easier than running a IRL service-based-operation

Just sit at a desk and don't get distracted theory

Funny cus your on the exact same forum

Very case dependent, not right to assume who does or doesn't make more money.

I live in a southern US state so Lawn Care seemed to be the superior option for me rather than giving SMMA or anything online an attempt since just about every business/home/neighborhood in the region needs grass maintained.

I simply stated that running a site (Which you probably didn't make) is easier than running a lawn-care operation, so you, by default, are afforded more time to rot on here. Which is objectively true, never flexed or made this some work-rate competition.

You're making 24k a year retard

That's garbage
yeh cus I said am gonna move to Miami next month, retard honestly.

Its just to give reference since am still in high-school and running my own operation, am probably gonna make 10-15k monthly at least in about 5-6 years If I keep going down this path

i think you have an incorrect assumption of what a "site" is, you cant just "run a site" and make money, you need to develop a site to be useful and to be a usable and competent product (and yes, i did develop the site)

also, obviously dont do the smma or "online money making :feelsuhh:" slop you see, you need a niche, you should do both physical & digital

whacha doing for 2k a month, i'm assuming its a side hustle?
Its a Lawn Care company in my city. Its actually a relatively easy operation, doesn't take insane skill, just a week or 2 of practice. Also very scalable if you live in a green-city and know what your doing.

I run routes throughout neighborhoods in my Family-Car with my equipment and cut/maintain grass for people who made appointments through either my page or door handle advertisements I've hung on peoples doors (I've hung about 2000 in total so far).

Really all you need is google sheets, some capital (easy if your working a part-time job), and a car, (even that is optional), and you can start, you can eventually save up the left over revenue that you didn't ReInvenst in your business and start-up something online, which is what I plan to do in about a year.

Just because I said I was free in the next 3 hours didnt mean I was gonna spend all of it on one thread, how did you come to this conclusion?

If you didn't write word-for-word bar-for-bar every line of code it took to make the site then you didn't make or develop it.

You probably customized/edited it, and if you did then fair enough, but then you wouldn't be in the position to tell me "I work less than you and still make money bro!", cus coding is just extremely inconvenient and time-consuming.

also, obviously dont do the smma or "online money making :feelsuhh:" slop you see, you need a niche, you should do both physical & digital
Got it, I was planning on doing something in the realm of helping content creators solve some specific problem if that makes sense.

lol, those dont make money, and did you really just say "if you dont write every single line you didnt develop it"? wtf...

me and a partner wrote the frontend & backend from scratch (only using a orm & some controller hooks from a older project of mine), and its not "inconvenient" or "time consuming" if you make a good return

hmm, maybe, the thing about stuff like that, is, 95% of the market will be the smaller youtubers, so advertise through big youtubers who make content on starting youtube, quite a easy market once u do

They hide behind a self diagnosis of autism, when in reality it’s nothing more than a lack of self belief in disguise.

Good job honestly, you and your partner spent time making both the front and back-end, and made a return on investment for your time spent.

Now how does that enable you to be in the position to say "I work less than you and still make money bro!" ?

Not to mention Lawn-Care isn't even hard nor that physically tasking, your just under the sun a lot which you can easily counter-act via clothes or SPF-50

Wouldn't you be able to profit off of smaller youtubers if you actually boosted their following/engagement? You could build a brand around helping smaller creators get to the next level, where as helping big creators get bigger seems very handicapped in terms of scalability IMO, other than being able to maybe slightly charge more. But maybe your seeing something am not so.

"down this path" like your a mafia boss :lul:
"Down this Path" as in to keep working and grinding towards making more money and achieving a higher quality of life

How do you manage to conflate that with anything else

we both dont even know what each other's work hours are, its blind assumptions, neither of us know what one works harder, it doesn't matter, and anyway, only like 30% of my money comes from online business's

nah, thats not what i meant, i meant, if the product is designed to help content creators, buy and get big youtube creators that specifically create videos to help people start youtube, this puts you in the door to keep it maintainable in the first few months, pretty much, your goal should be this

a person starting youtube / smaller content creator should follow some sort of process

for the ones just starting youtube:

create youtube channel -> get needed stuff (obs, video ideas, photoshop, adobe premiere etc) -> editing -> posting

i dont know what type of product you are making, but assuming it helps with the video making process you want to kind of... intercept between getting needed stuff and editing, you would want people to assume or lump your product into "needed stuff"

and for people who are already established but small you would want to highlight the difference between using the product and not using it

Well the LA PSL house already exists
A European one in Northern Europe would be best because that's where the best foids are and since it will be cold for 8 months of the year it will be easy to focus on workmaxxing as there will be less incentive to go outside

As I'm typing this I realize America is the only real option for this kind of shit since no PSLers in Europe even have the freedom to take more than 2 days away from their country since they're all wagecucks and LTRcels, no single digital nomads.
The travel times within Europe are basically a 3 hour flight to get almost anywhere yet these unadventurous fuckers wont meet up

I'd be happy now to just settle down with a Nordic foid and have a few guys around to have non normie convos with irl
