The gimmick is everything.

Despite not being an .org rotter as you can tell from my number of posts, i’ve observed enough to now understand that if you have no gimmick, you have no life. Look at any user who had a semblance of motion, past or present. BGM? Has a gimmick. Gengar? Has a gimmick. NZb6Air? Had a gimmick. Petsmart? Has a gimmick. Anthony111553? That niggas whole career was built off the back of his gimmick.

Hell, even LTNUser had a gimmick, KALIGULA had a gimmick for fucks sake. If you think you can become known on here without first identifying your gimmick and leaning into it, you must have room temp iq. Its as simple as that.

Now for the 70% of the userbase who are in Mumbai and are only fluent in Hindi, allow me to break down what i mean when i talk about a “gimmick”. A gimmick can either be something thats unique to your posts/account, but it can also refer to the existence of your account as a whole.

A gimmick makes you and your posts immediately recognisable, whether thats consistently making posts about one topic, articulating your posts in a way unique to you or just doing retarded shit 24/7 to the point where people know if something wild has happened - you were involved.

To illustrate my point, if a user makes one thread screaming into the void about “da joos” they will get rightfully noreplypilled. As they should, thats a nothing burger. However if a user posts a thread every hour of every day screaming into the void because of “da joos”, thats actually kinda funny. The user has benefitted from implementing a gimmick.

The other route you can take however, is by making your account the gimmick. This is how i operate by default. To use your account as the gimmick essentially means to dedicate your account to gimmickhood. Instead of having a few posts, phrases or situations that are gimmicky, in this case the entire point of your account is pretty much parody. Your account is just a vehicle for you to implement any gimmick as you see fit.

An underrated aspect of the gimmick is the importance of presentation. A brutal blackpill is that you can be the perfect gimmick account, but if you dont have a memorable username, avi and/or aesthetic, you will never get motion. All the goats have memorable aesthetics, and if not they at least have a catchy username. Just like in real life, looks matter.

This is all you get for now, the rest of my vast knowledge on the art of the gimmick can’t be shared for fear of others becoming more esoteric than me.
