Hello and welcome to my first thread that isn't slop posting
I'll be talking about the importance of fashion in this thread and how it changes your perception.
People often gloss and skip over the importance of Stylemaxxing when in reality, maximizing your fashion sense to your conditions can make your perceived attractiveness and sex appeal increase substantially. In a paper by J. Lennon on the Effects of Clothing Attractiveness for Perceptions he says:

People often gloss and skip over the importance of Stylemaxxing when in reality, maximizing your fashion sense to your conditions can make your perceived attractiveness and sex appeal increase substantially. In a paper by J. Lennon on the Effects of Clothing Attractiveness for Perceptions he says:
"In many physical attractiveness studies, it is clothing and other appearance variables that are manipulated, not actual physical beauty, in order to vary physical attractiveness. Thus, results that have been attributed to physical attractiveness may actually be due to clothing attractiveness."
This paper is actually a good read so i'll link it here: Effects of Clothing Attractiveness on Perceptions
Am I saying that once you have good fashion sense you'll pull women overnight? No. At the end of it all, looks are above all. But that doesn't mean you should walk around wearing bullshit, especially if you're not even attractive. If you're an ltn walking around wearing tiktok style clothing irl you are going to be perceived as less attractive.
Looks are perceived as a whole painting, not as one part of the picture. Fashion is apart of this painting, being average-looking with a good sense of style will boost your overall attraction appeal. Basically, if you have good fashion sense you will be perceived as better looking.
But what should I wear then?
This thread isn't about what you should and shouldn't wear because you're clothes are dependent on your body. Just because someone can rock skinny clothes well doesn't mean you can. I'm a 45kg Indian
2. Fit to your body - Only wear stuff that actually looks good on you. Even if something is generally perceived as attractive, if your body doesn't compliment it then there's no point in wearing it.
3. Degagé - Yes I called it Degagé to sound smarter.
All of these are easy to understand and more importantly, apply. But for Degagé, it is a term simply meaning relaxed and nonchalant. To be Degagé in fashion means to look effortlessly good. Don't wear extremely striking, overcomplicated shit. Wear simple, relaxing clothes that give a good impression. Examples:
In my opinion, I believe all three of these outfits follow the 3 basic rules I believe in. Something I noticed while looking at these pictures is that I perceive the person as attractive. Could this just be because I'm a fag or something? Idk but at least to me it shows that outfits make me perceive people as more attractive than they may physically be.
Anyways that's it, in a nutshell fashion can make you be perceived as more attractive than you really are. If you're average looking, instead of dropping hundreds of dollars on shitty haircuts go to Chinese fashion rep sites and buy good clothes. And if you actually read this then rep me.
