It's way more important than big biceps. I'd say it's probably the third most attractive thing in the female mind when it comes to body
1-Height
2-Frame(chest width and shoulder width)
3- Thick, proportional thighs.

And for the wristcels and chickenlegcels: I'm pretty sure women prefer large legs and wrists too, although I think wrists are mor important.
