About Me
I'm a 15 year old, and if you believe that makes me non-credible in some way I suggest you click off this thread. This month, I began a marketing agency. We signed a client, and so far, everything's been excellent. As we grow and develop, we are automating more tasks, and obviously AI can't do everything and therefore we needed to hire people for things such as outreach and creating posts. I've hired quite a few people, paying them as little as $1 per hour, and I believe everyone should be using this. Big Corporations do this, why not you?
Who to Target
After working with a lot of people, if they can speak English to a decent extent, you should hire them. If there English is so bad that you can't understand what they're saying OR they can't convey a message to you, end all prospects with them ASAP. Trying to teach someone who can't speak English extremely specific tasks is extremely difficult and time consuming, you can find better. Usually, Indians, Nigerians and Philippines work well, but of course there are exceptions, just use your judgement. If it's taking them too long to learn, drop them ASAP.
Where to Find Them
Personally, I use Telegram and Discord to find workers. I use @ofmjobs on tele and and .gg/moneymind on Discord. However, this isn't the only method, you can find them on recruitment websites like freelancer, upwork, onlinejobs.ph, fiverr and even ofmjobs.com. However, I just use discord and telegram because it's easier to connect with them. You can find more Telegram groupchats, but the one I used provided me with enough VA's (virtual assistants). When posting a job on Telegram, make it fit in but also stand out, follow the random emoji spam and decoration that basically everyone uses, but keep it structured and concise. You can also use things like Twitter, which is a bit more difficult, but you would post something along the lines of "looking for chatters for my only fans management agency, drop me a dm#ofm #va #jobs #onlyfansagency #chatters."
Training
After I receive like 10 DM's from people trying to work on Telegram, I proceed to train them. This is very important. I go through the DM's and find those that seem copy and pasted, I usually avoid those ones. You can tell it's copy and pasted when it has stuff unrelated to your job post. Then, I ask them if they have Discord, if they don't or can't be bothered to create a Discord out, the lazy ones have been plucked. Next, I move onto training them. I'll use the example of myself. After they add me, I'll give them precise instructions and ask them to create a sample post (because I run a marketing agency). If they don't want to create a sample post, they're instantly out. I then evaluate the samples, and critique them. I give them improvements, and if they can't follow through with those either, they're kicked out. After this process, you should narrow down your original 10 DM's to around 1-3 High Quality VA's. Remember, you're supposed to be as strict as possible.
Payment & Working Hours
For this part you have to be EXTREMELY strict. Most VA's demand an hourly pay / pay based on performance. You choose which one suits your task better. Personally, I pay an hourly rate of $1. They make 3-4 sets of posts minimum each hour. If they stray off this, they are warned and then kicked out. If anyone asks for $1.20 an hour, you say NO. You must set strict deadlines and rules. Furthermore, they will ask you how many hours they need to work a day. Tell them the hours worked are flexible BUT they must clarify beforehand how many hours they will dedicate daily beforehand. You don't want them doing only an hours work a day. Also I recommend not going under $1 an hour.
Building A Hard Working, Long Term Team
You should aim to keep your trained VA's for as long as you need, ensuring that they don't leave on their accord and you should make them extremely motivated. What I personally do is offer milestone rewards. So for example, every 20 posts made by a VA, I'll offer a bonus of $2. This will keep them striving for that extra money, that nobody really offers. If you really want to keep them, you can make them sign contracts but I've never tried that and I don't plan on either. You can also ignite competition within the team, i.e the person with the most DM's sent in 2 hours gets a bonus or a pay rise. The pay rises don't have to be significant to us, but they treat it like winning the lottery, trust me.
TL;DR
Hire Indians from @OFMjobs on telegram., and all the other websites.
Be strict with them.
Train them and offer bonuses
