Goebbels has an inspirational story. His life was hard because he was extraordinarily ugly; he resembled a goblin, he was 5’4, his foot was malformed, etc (1% percentile looks wise).
He became severely depressed when he was in his early-mid 20s, following a breakup with his lover. He considered suicide.
Quote from this period in his life:
Less than a decade later, he was appointed head of the Ministry of Propaganda for The Third Reich (ironically, he promoted eugenics
).
Whenever he spoke, he captivated audiences of thousands of people, despite his hideous appearance. His charisma compensated for his looks. People finally respected him. Imagine going from an incel loser to one of the most powerful people in your country, that’s what Goebbels did.
His story should be enough to inspire hope, in the hopeless.
