Before all this your brain forced you to do something productive because you couldn’t handle the boringness. But today it’s nearly impossible to get bored by all the things the internet/technique has to offer.

As a child I read tons of books and loved it to draw. After receiving my first smartphone I stopped both. It’s hard to motivate yourself to grab a book because the dopamine reward a YouTube Video gives you is much stronger and quicker
