The internet peaked between 2000-2009 because it was largely used by Europeans and Americans. It wasn’t completely zogged out yet.
Nor was it infested with 30 IQ teenagers from random Indian shitholes or afreekan mud huts. 2000s internet was a de facto no-nigger-zone.
