Is that people between 5'10 - 6'2 reap the most benefits out of it with the lowest risks

5'10 is riskier as you'll need 5 inches to be considered human at 6'3

All the downsides of LL imo can be heavily negated if you dont go above 3 inches or 3.5 if were stretching it if you average height save up for it and double your smv instantly literally the only surgery thats guaranteed to double your SMV

LL is a non negotiable for a 5,5 manlet like myself, although I will literally go from invisible to invisible, 6inches is the goal and then I can cope with 4 inch lifts to be 6,2 after compression

yeah it's the same with lifts, the maximum you can add before it becomes ridiculous/impractical is 2 inches (and even that is borderline), so a truly short guy can't really benefit from them. Unless you wanna be like Putin and DeSantis and try 5-6 inches like they do, which will significantly impact your quality of life and social interactions.
That said, if you're a manlet and really think the risk is worth it, you can do up to 6 inches, which means you would have to be near dwarfism to really not benefit from it. Add 2 inches of lifts too and you would have to be below 5'2 to still be short after that. But again, huge risk, your life will probably be hell in your 60s.

Spinal lengthening is an option too btw. But due to how risky it is I recommend you choose a very skilled surgeon such as Dr Sunil Richardson.

I think with that drastic of a change you would probably need clavicle lenghtening surgery too to not look like a clown
