Even with this very low probability of success for an incel, it is still a non-zero value. This means that increasing the number of attempts (or interactions) will gradually increase the likelihood of at least one success. For example, if an incel attempts 100 interactions with a 1% success rate, he might expect one successful outcome on average. With 200 attempts, the expected successes increase to around two.
