There’s no reasoning with the people that want to elect them unfortunately. This makes it difficult because the only groups that can sway voters at this point are the media and the media has a clear bias. Those in charge of the media are also WAAAAY smarter than their consumers so they can very easily manipulate them into thinking how they want them to think. they have been so successful at it that they don’t even try and hide it anymore. They have complete dominated the mind of their target audience, they have built up so many lies, abused them so thoroughly that they are living in a prison of the mind they are ill equipped to free themselves from.

The only problem is that a lot of people are instinctually averse to being manipulated in this way and so haven’t fallen victim as thoroughly (many right wingers during Covid lockdowns as an example) but even they are not aware of how deep the rot goes and so aren’t going to mount the defensive response necessary to actually reverse this trajectory.

As sad as it is to say, the battle was won before it even started.
