WHITE ROASTIE REJECTED MY JOB APPLICATION (at an ethnic company) DUE TO MY AGE EVEN THOUGH I TAILORED THE APPLICATION, AND HAD THE EXPERIENCE.

She probably wanted some 45 year old white roastie with a bachelor's and muh 20 years of experience rather than a 25 year old mixed ethnic whith many qualifications and skills who can do the job just fine. I EVEN PUT MY FACE ON THE APPLICATION FORM AS THERE WAS AN OPTION TO.
