I know at least five white people with advanced degrees, five or more years of competitive (top 20 companies in their industry) employment, and probably 130+ IQ (top 2.3% of first world nations, top 0.3% of the global population) who are unemployed right now, who can't find work despite looking for it.

Even "young" gen-X is starting to get fucked, because if you're 45+ and have seniority, you're still replaceable by a bot, jeet, or younger, more impressionable and malleable junior.

The most successful friend I have works as an art director for a small-time company. He's been there for 10 years. His entire employment roster has taken multiple successive pay cuts and his team is smaller than ever.

stable careers that let you to ascend your income to higher middle class are no longer a realistic thing for 90% of workers
