Everybody is asking for years of experience, even for junior positions
You will never get hired unless you have a networking circle that give you a preferential treatment
For every junior position there are hundreds of candidates JFL. It's a total scam...even nerdy jobs like coding and back office are full of applicants nowadays and they hire Indians and Pakistani because they don't want to pay incels good money (that's reserved for Chad that is in sales and front office )
