the jutting is catching up to me

Ive been jutting since 7th grade after a girl told me i looked like i had an overbite

at the time i didnt know it was a thing i just did it to seem like i didnt have the overbite


now im a junior in hs and one side of my jaw has been having little spasms and i can feel it

doesent hurt but it feels like im clenching on one side when im not

i did a few months ago LOL its because i thought at the time braces wouldnt fix it but now i have braces
