The bigger the company and more staff they are willing to hire, the bigger the disparity in skill there would be between the staffi am saying they are allowed because there is someone else being top performer and picking up the slack. their job is just daycare
For something highly competitive + exclusive, there's not going to be that much a gap between the worst and best at the job.
And what makes up for the difference won't be natural intelligence, but experience
