Leanmaxxing indeed improves your facial appearance, unless you're boneless it makes you stand out more but one thing no one tells you is that the bone structure and face shape won't change, I thought that leanmaxxing was going to make my face narrow, it didn't. It just made my cheeks smaller, my face still has the same shape but it looks slighty better now.

Only people with good genetics will ascend hard by leanmaxxing, people who already had good ratios behind the fat. I could even get hollow cheeks, that isn't gonna change a thing about how I look. I thought I could fix it but I will never had Chad face shape. We are milimeters from looking good.

Have realistic expectations as with anything else. Even surgery won't turn someone into a HTN+ unless they got the right ratios, the lack of hard to fix, difficult failos and plain luck to begin with.

You need fat around your orbitals or it will descend you.
