The left side of my face is smaller than my right side

WTF surgeon just told me that the left side of my face is smaller than the right side, meaning everything on that side is smaller. My left eye is smaller, left nostril is smaller. It is so brutal bros. I thought ptosis surgery would fix my uneven eyes but it barely helped at all. How tf to increase eye size?
