yea but we look for health indicators beyond genetics when we look at someone, and it's all bundled in to one package of sexual viability. Obviously very few people are going to fuck an wrinkly 80 y/o chad or stacy(you'd still be surprised though), because we don't just want a mate for their genetics, we want signs of youthfulness, development and status (more childbearing success and more likely to be a useful partner beyond mating). Once someone is burned, the brain literally has no way of comprehending their "true" genetic value anymore because our only method of gauging attraction is visual (and I guess olfactory if all the armpit sweat cope on reddit is true). It's not that foids don't care about genetics, it's that genetics are an abstract concept to humans whereas visual analysis is an embedded biological tool. Humans dont innately understand recessive genes, punnett squares or haplogroups and we don't have to because long before we were civilised we were animals fucking each other, who managed to become more attractive due to this sexual selection process (except in India).
