The more I read, the more I realize all the cope out there

This site got it into my head that the only profitable thing is surgery and all that

I still continue with the cope of the primal diet and going out in the sun to at least have health indicators, and i wish that all the vitamins provide me height and a little more bonemass (still in puberty)
