You have one other alternative, which is ensuring your ribcage and pelvis stacks properly in alignment. Stretch every single night, have a grounded stable posture. I gained around 2in height height just from stretching out and being able to stand without anterior pelvic tilt.

There is a arm wrestler that only trained one of his arms and it grew like 1cm longer in a span of 2 years without even stretching his microfractures. Also studies have shown that the shins if kickboxers or footballers are 2inches longer than of the average person. Some people genuinely have grown with this method after puperty nga😭.

So once your epiphyseal plates fuse you can still have longitudinal bone growth from microfractures? Maybe some soft tissue adaption, but actual bone elongation from jumping?

Did you even listen to me? It’s pretty obvious that stressing on the shin bones can cause microfractures which won’t make your shins longer obviously. Thats why the microfractures need to be streched out and you’ll have to sleep right after the stretching (no walking) obviously the shins won’t get longer if you just compress your microfractures by walking around all day. If course muay thai won’t grow your shins dumbass, if thei’re not streched out. Also streching out microfractures won’t work if you have too tight fascia. You also need to break your periosterum with a hammer for example to create proper microfractures🤦, so don’t wonder why you didn’t grew from muay thai nigga

Labelmayer, I'm not going to sit here and debate with you about growth plates and why "jumping" isn't going to get you taller. You can stick to your masia jumps buddy. We already agree that stretching out is going to help.

I hope it works. I do. After tens of hours researching into growth plates, it's pretty clear that jumping won't make you taller. If it did everyone would be doing it. So, you stick to your masia jumps. But, if your posture improves, including flexibility and joint mobility, how are you going to know if it's "jumping" which helped you grow, as opposed to just being able to stand in a normal functional and grounded manner? You won't.

My posture is already fine and I don’t have problems with my angerior pelvic tilt but even if its cope I have nothing else to do until I have the money for surgery. Might aswell get heel implants because thats cheaper

I said around 2 inches, so give or take.

I got noticeably taller from joint mobility, especially those damn hip flexors and that psoas muscle, releasing fascia tension, ensuring pelvic is properly stacked over ribcage.

You can definitely see a 2-3cm increase with proper posture. It depends how bad your starting posture is. It does take months to train your body to learn how to stack the ribcage over the pelvis properly and naturally by default tho. So just take things day by day. Slow and steady wins the race with that shit.
