This is because people see white faces everywhere, whether it be in the movies, outside, in real life, or online. This establishes a sense of familiarity and comfort.

Familarity and comfort is utmost important when a woman decides to meet a random man. Because of stereotypes that portray blacks as criminals, Indians and Arabs as rapists, and Asians as feminine and weak, many women may even match with them but not decide to meet them. This is where the disadvantage in race lies, not even attraction wise. This is also why non whites do way better in real life than on online dating apps because knowing that they are a person who makes them feel comfortable removes them of stereotypes.

First of all, what I said applied to any race of woman living in a Western nation. Secondly, many stereotypes are based upon false racist ideas. It really depends on where your preferences are rooted in. The idea that your preferences exist in a vacuum is baseless. A lot of preferences come from racist beliefs, not necessarily, but often so. It depends race to race as well.
