It depends on base lol. Some LTNs are LTN structurally they can’t ascend regardless same with truecels. But like if ur morbidly obese you’re a Saint below truecel tier but u could ascend from 1 PSL to 5 PSL if massive weight loss and good bone structure/facial features underneath appear
